Mud For Blood!!

The Georgia Bounty Runners four-wheel drive club is proud to announce the 5th Annual Mud For Blood event on Saturday, May 10, 2008. This event, held in conjunction with Life South, will be held at the Bass Pro Shops at 5900 Sugar Loaf Parkway, Lawrenceville, Georgia from 9 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. This event is one of the largest blood collections for Life South here in the Atlanta area. We encourage everyone to attend.

Blood donors (or those that attempt to give blood) will be given a ticket for the free drawings that will be held throughout the day. Give-a-ways will include food coupons from several sponsors including Red Lobster, Outback Steakhouse, O'Charley's, Williams Brothers BBQ, Sonic, Zaxbys and many other of your favorite restaurants. Other prizes to be awarded include items from 4 Wheel parts, Fabtech, and Superlift just to name a few. There will be a truck show during the event, so please bring your 4x4 to enter or come by to tour the show. We will have a silent auction where you can bid on things such as a Hooters Wing Party for ten people and other fine wares! There will also be a "scratch and dent" (reduce price) sale from Omix, supplier of 4x4 parts and accessories.

2008 Tennessee OHV Conference

The mission of the OHV4TN organization is to advocate for a statewide system of OHV trails in Tennessee, communicate information regarding off-highway vehicle riding opportunities, laws and rules, funding mechanisms and grant funding for off-highway vehicle projects that include land acquisition, eco-friendly trail building, maintenance and operations, law enforcement and safety education. Our goal is to create safe, fun and sustainable riding areas, which will provide outstanding recreational opportunities for current and future generations.

Southern Four Wheel Drive Association has been a primary driver for a statewide OHV trails in Tennessee for over a decade. We encourage all interested parties to attend this conference. All State and Regional OHV leaders, activists, business owners and dealers are encouraged to attend this first ever statewide all OHV event. Highlights will include Trail Rides, Vendor Showcases, Land Acquisition and Trail Building workshops, Liability, Safety and Economic Impact workshops and Roundtable discussions on the new proposed Funding and Trail System goals for 2008.
