I hope that someone will work with the county in this. There are plenty of trails there and they could go forever. I will do what I can to help, but is hard to do from 4 hrs away. I lived there til about 6 mnths ago and it is a great place. This is another place that has been hurt by the economy and storms and they seem to want to do things to bring in revenue,

Dixie Run is open to ALL vehicles. It is a Family event and we have vehicle from a stock truck or Jeep to side by sides and all out built buggies. However, due to our insurance regulations, we do not allow 4 wheelers or motorcycles. We would love to see you attend Dixie Run and know that you would have a great time. This year we have are working on a new venue to include everything that we have had in the past plus some new stuff and pricing that should be pleasureful for all. 

Watch the site and this forum for more details and updates when they become available. We are hoping to have registration up sometime during February.

Maybe SFWDA should comntact the mayor and be sure OHV's means Jeeps and other off road vehicles and not just ATV's like the definition in TN law.

We're losing another SE park. MSORP is a GREAT place to ride but thanks to the insurance companies, it's closing. Wonder how many others will follow?Cry

Due to insurance rates going up so high and regulations and guidlines they have set forth we are not going to be able to keep the gates open!! We want to thank... EVERYONE that has come out and help support the park over the years. A very special thanks to the Black Creek Fire Dept. for being out there to help at all our events and rides!! Great group of people that volunteer their time to be there for the community!!! Please come out for our finale ride and lets make the last a blast!!!!
