Tennessee
ATV Law???For Your Information:
David Borum reports on December 1, 2005:
Tennessee is rumored to be introducing a new ATV law this year also because of parents letting kids ride ATVs and getting record head injuries last year. I believe alcohol restrictions in TN apply to anything with a motor now anyway. I believe the other states in the South are also considering it or are going to do it too.
Here are Tennessee's figures for deaths last year. I do not have the regular injury numbers that are not deaths. Not that many on ATV's but because of the numbers with and without helmets is why they are adopting the law.
